Excerpts from the translation were staged in November 2025 (dir. Gilbert Laumord) at the Martin E. Segal Theatre in New York as part of the Caribbean Theatre Project, an evening celebrating the life and work of three Caribbean playwrights.

Frank Hentschker, Executive Director and Director of Programs of the Segal Theatre, coordinated and supported this staged reading, and organized a 2023 conversation about the play and its international productions, which was also live-streamed by HowlRound and can be viewed here. Planning is underway for a future reading of the full text at the Segal Theatre.
